What is the difference between knowledge and wisdom?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 02, 2008:
Knowledge is an accumulation of perceptions and impressions based on a variety of interpretations of reality through consciousness which is seperate from all that is, and thus trying to explain that which is inexplicable.
Wisdom is "understanding" that it is impossible to actually "know" anything at all...
and to tread fearlessly in a state of the uknown, all knowing being a way the little mind tries to cope with the fear of that which is...the uknowable vastness of All Being...
